Privacy Policy for MeetMind Notes

This Privacy Policy explains how MeetMind Notes handles data when you use the iOS app. Meeting content you create is stored locally on your device by default. Some app features also use third-party advertising and analytics services described below.

• Meeting content such as titles, participants, raw notes, and schedules.
• Action items such as owner, due date, status, and reminders.
• Optional exported files you choose to generate.

This data is stored locally on your device by default and is not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to export or share it.

• If you use recording, the app requests Microphone permission.
• If you use transcription, the app requests Speech Recognition permission.
• Speech processing behavior may depend on Apple system services and settings.

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. You can disable notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

MeetMind Notes integrates third-party SDKs that may collect or receive information from your device and use it to provide advertising, measurement, and attribution services.

Vungle (Liftoff Monetize)

We use the Vungle SDK to display in-app video advertisements. Vungle, operated by Liftoff Mobile, Inc., may collect device and usage information such as:

• Device identifiers, including IDFA when permitted by your device settings.
• Device type, operating system, language, carrier, and approximate location.
• Ad interaction data, such as impressions, clicks, and video views.
• IP address and diagnostic or performance data related to ad delivery.

Vungle uses this information to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve its services. Vungle may share data with advertisers and partners as described in its privacy policy.

AppsFlyer

We use AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and analytics. AppsFlyer may collect information such as:

• Device identifiers, including IDFA when permitted by your device settings.
• Install and app-open events, campaign source data, and basic device information.
• IP address and general usage data related to app performance measurement.

AppsFlyer uses this information to measure marketing performance, detect fraud, and provide analytics services.

On supported iOS versions, the app may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This permission is used to support advertising measurement and attribution through the third-party services listed above.

You can allow or deny this request when prompted. You can also change your choice later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

You can limit ad-related data collection and personalized advertising using the options below:

• iOS Tracking: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or deny tracking for MeetMind Notes.
• Apple Advertising: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. Enable "Personalized Ads" only if you want Apple to use your data for Apple ads; this setting does not control third-party SDKs, but limiting tracking affects IDFA access.
• Reset Advertising Identifier: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Allow Apps to Request to Track, then reset the advertising identifier from the same screen on supported devices.
• Third-party controls: Review the privacy and opt-out options provided by Vungle / Liftoff and AppsFlyer.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with similar privacy laws, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal data. Contact us using the details below and we will help route your request where appropriate.

We do not sell the meeting content you create in the app. However, third-party advertising and analytics partners may collect device and usage data from the app as described in Section 4.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to valid legal requests.

• You can edit or delete meetings and action items inside the app.
• You can clear locally stored data using app controls.
• Exported files are controlled by you and stored where you choose.
• Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to each provider's policies.

MeetMind Notes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly pass children's personal data to advertising partners.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features or integrated services change. The latest version will always be posted at this URL.
