Speech transcription issues
- Check Speech Recognition permission.
- Make sure your network and Apple speech service are available.

Reminder not delivered
- Enable Notifications for MeetMind Notes.
- Confirm reminder time is in the future.
- Review Focus modes that might silence alerts.
